User templates and its use is described in the manual.
You can define a template in the Configuration → Definitions → User Templates section.
You can define a new template by clicking the button:
Name of the template (unique name used for the template identification). The name identifies the template when adding a new user.
This field has two meanings. First, it is the template's description that will be displayed next to its name in the template list and, second, it is copied to the Description field in the user account created with this template.
User authentication type.
Selection of the domain for which the template will be used. Here you can choose a local domain defined in Kerio Connect or you can decide not to specify any domain. If no domain is specified, the template can be used for creating and editing user accounts in any domain (general template).
